Awards / Recognition:

Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd for each event.

Mixed events; medals are awarded for both male and female in each age group except for relays. Medal winners will be responsible for the collection of their medals

One start rule applies except for 10&U.  All events are scratch Super cuts Shield is a 4x50m scratch medley relay with 2 males and 2 females. Team managers to declare absentees and withdrawals so heats can be adjusted if necessary.  Entries for the Skins  events 35 and 36 will decided from performance on the day.
